Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Right to Cancel & Refund Window

Learners enrolling in self-paced digital courses or professional development programmes at Midlands & Oxford Academy are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of enrolment.
• You must not have accessed or completed more than 25% of the course content.
• No certificate of completion has been issued for the course.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund or cancellation request, send an email to info@midlandsandoxford.com with your Full Name, Account Email, Course Name, and Order ID. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
